The Land of Canaan Application: Apply the mud generously to the face and neck. Leave on for 10- 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. For additional exfoliation, gently massage your skin in a circular motion while the mask is still wet. Let the Bee Pollen get to work! For best results, repeat this process two to three times per week.
