Move That Mountain helps your body heal itself by going to the unhealthy place where toxins and impurities are lodged and draws them out. Toxins carry positive electrons and pascalite clay particles carry negative electrons. Because of its high colloidal value, it's exceptional at absorbing toxins from anything it touches. The clay particles absorb them into their own molecules. It has the power to attract and stimulate the evacuation of toxic and non-useful elements. Acne Mask: Mix 1 tablespoon of clay with honey or water. Mix until the consistency of cake batter. Allow to completely dry and rinse. Repeat 3 times week.
* Slight redness of the skin is normal and will disappear in about 30 minutes after use.
Bug Bite/ Infections/ Rash: Mix with equal parts distilled or spring water and clay. Pack onto the area. Allow to completely dry and rinse. Repeat daily until the desired result is achieved.
Deep Detox Bath Soak: Mix 1/4 c powder with 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar to a warm bath and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
Armpit Detox: Conventional deodorants and antiperspirants are absorbed through the skin, and after many years of using these products chemical residues have built up in the pores. When someone stops using chemical deodorants and antiperspirants, toxins start to leave the body, resulting in an armpit detox.
Armpit detoxification can help the body rid itself of toxins that have built up on the skin.

This mask may be mixed with water or apple cider vinegar to pull dirt and toxins from deep inside pores and soak up excess oil without any over-drying.
Directions:
• Move That Mountain - 1 tablespoon
• Liquid of choice (water, ACV, or honey)
Blend in a glass bowl with a non-metal utensil with water or apple cider vinegar. The thickness should be similar to that of yogurt.
Spread the mixture under each armpit.
Leave the mixture on for 5-10 minutes for the first few times, then slowly increase the time to no longer than 15 minutes.
Wash the mixture off the armpits with warm water.
Make it easy and do this before showering!
