We ship based on international laws. Please see if your country is available at checkout.
Duties & Taxes:
Some countries charge duties and taxes based on the purchase price of retail product. This is based on the laws of said country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please know the laws of your country when making an international Kingdom Come Home purchase.
International Tracking Limitations:
Kingdom Come Home is limited to tracking orders while within the United States. Once your order clears U.S. customs, we lose the ability to track its progress. This is due to the regulations of the United States Postal System. If you have not received your order, please contact the postal system in your country with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.
Please also be aware of the products you can receive into your country from international destinations. We adhere to all policies; however, your country may restrict or return certain products at the border.
If your order is returned to us because it was not picked up from customs or the required duties and fees were not paid, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus the shipping costs we incurred.
International Delays:
Customs is experiencing longer than normal processing times, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order. Please be aware that the duration of customs clearance is beyond our control, and it may take up to a month or longer depending on what country the order is being shipped to.
Return Policy
At Kingdom Come Home, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Store Credit Policy:
Products are eligible for store credit if returned within 14 days of the date of receipt of your purchase. To qualify, items must in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return is received we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount.
Damaged or Broken Products:
If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for a replacement of the same product. Please include photos of the damage when reaching out to our customer service team to expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the deeply discounted pricing, Luxury Fragrance Discovery Sets, and Holiday Gift Sets/Bundles are not eligible for returns or store credit.
No Exceptions:
In order to be fair to all of our customers, we strictly adhere to our store credit policy and do not make exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and support.
