Directions for Use
Boil water. Fill your tea ball with one teaspoon of herbs. Steep until it reaches your desired strength. Cool and sip.
Suggested Use: Drink hot once a day for 10 days. Most see symptoms leave after 10 days, but tea can be used until complete relief is attained. After 10 days, suggested drinking is 1 - 2 times a week to maintain a healthy Candida balance in the body.
