Cleavers (Galium aparine) – Supports the movement of stagnant areas and encourages flow through the lymph pathways.
Red Clover Flower – Supports circulation, helping tissues remain receptive to lymph movement.
Violet Leaf – A cooling herb that supports heavy or congested areas during massage.
Arnica Flower – Supports areas of physical tension or stagnation, helping tissues relax so movement is easier and more fluid.
Cypress Leaf – Supports tone and flow in areas prone to pooling.
Juniper Berry – Supports movement where fluid tends to linger.
Grapefruit Extract – Encourages circulation and flow.
Lavender – Supports relaxation of the nervous system, allowing the body to soften so lymph movement is not inhibited by tension.
Calendula – Helps reduce inflammation and tissue stagnation. When tissues are less inflamed and irritated, lymph fluid can move more freely.
Frankincense – Supports tissue tone that encourages steady, intentional lymph movement.

Directions
Apply a small amount to clean skin and massage gently using upward strokes toward the heart. Use on areas where lymph tends to collect, such as the neck, underarms, and abdomen. Use daily or as needed. Do not apply to broken, irritated, or freshly shaved skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
