Directions
Pour a small amount of mouthwash into a cup. Swish thoroughly in the mouth for approximately 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Spit out into the sink and rinse if desired. A Note About Natural Sediment
Because Swish is made with real sea moss extract and mineral-rich ingredients, you may notice small particles or natural sediment settling at the bottom of the bottle over time. This is completely normal and simply a reflection of the plant-based ingredients used in the formula.
Natural extracts can contain tiny fibers and mineral compounds that may settle when the product sits. This does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the mouthwash.
If sediment is present, simply give the bottle a gentle shake before use.
Safety Information
